Welcome to String Master. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. 🧾 Services

String Master provides professional tennis racket stringing, maintenance, and related services. All services are carried out with care, precision, and industry-standard practices.

2. 💰 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full prior to or upon completion of the service.

• Any additional services requested after initial booking may incur extra charges.

3. ❌ No Refund Policy

• All fees paid are non-refundable, as time, labour, and materials are allocated immediately upon service commencement.

• However, we are committed to quality and will review any workmanship concerns and, where appropriate, offer a correction or re-service at our discretion.

4. 🎾 Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding string type, tension, and preferences.

• String Master is not responsible for performance dissatisfaction arising from customer-selected specifications.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their racket frame is structurally sound prior to service.

5. ⚠️ Risk & Liability

• While all care is taken, customers acknowledge that:

  • Stringing places stress on racket frames, which may expose pre-existing weaknesses.

  • String Master is not liable for frame breakage due to prior damage, wear, or manufacturing defects.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, String Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of play, competition outcomes, or personal expectations.

6. 🧵 Strings & Materials

• We primarily use high-quality polyester strings but may accommodate other types upon request.

• String Master is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects in strings

  • String breakage due to normal use

7. 🚚 Pickup, Drop-off & Delivery

• Customers may drop off or arrange pickup at designated partner locations.

• For postal services:

  • Customers are responsible for correct packaging and shipping.

  • String Master is not liable for loss, delay, or damage during transit via third-party carriers (including Australia Post).

• Risk transfers back to the customer once the racket is:

  • Collected, or

  • Handed to a delivery provider

8. ⏱️ Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only.

• Delays may occur due to demand, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• String Master is not liable for any losses due to delays.

9. 📦 Uncollected Items

• Rackets not collected within 30 days may incur storage fees.

• Items uncollected after 60 days may be deemed abandoned and disposed of or resold to recover costs.

10. 🔧 Workmanship Guarantee

• We stand by the quality of our work.

• Any workmanship issues must be reported within 48 hours of collection.

• We will assess and, if deemed valid, re-service the racket at no additional cost.

11. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under **Australian Consumer Law:

• Our liability is limited to:

  • Re-supplying the service, or

  • The cost of having the service supplied again

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

12. 🔒 Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for service delivery and communication purposes.

13. 📝 Changes to Terms

String Master reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
